Policy Statement and Scope
Atlas Group Services, LLC. must strive to provide a safe working environment by encouraging two-way communication between management and employees and by facilitating an atmosphere of trust, honesty, and integrity through listening to employee suggestions and complaints and taking proactive steps without reprisals to improve and better the safety and health for our employees. Safety will, at all times, remain a Company value on equal footing to quality, production and schedule demand.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Atlas Group Services, LLC. is dedicated to ensuring our Quality Management System produces consistent products or services throughout our organization. AGS has implemented an ironclad quality management system, or QMS. The QMS ensures our company delivers our services Right The First Time and the processes it uses are cohesive to every phase of Construction.
QUALITY PLANNING
The first step of QMS is planning. We take the time to identify our clients goals and quality standards requirements, and create project specific procedures to be used to confirm that the client criteria is being met.
QUALITY CONTROL
This is our process of physically completing audits for both Safety and Quality controls throughout the project phases.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our QA is a management method incorporates everyone on the team through planned and systematic activities that aim to prevent defects before they occur.
