Geotechnical Investigation

Conduct a thorough geotechnical investigation of the site to assess soil conditions, groundwater levels, and potential geological hazards. This investigation helps determine the appropriate foundation design and construction techniques to account for soil properties and potential risks.


Requirements of building, soil, and codes

Foundation Design

Our team designs the foundation systems based on the specific requirements of the building, soil conditions, and local building codes. The design should consider building loads, settlement tolerances, soil-bearing capacity, and lateral stability.

Building load and project requirements

Foundation Type

We must select the most suitable foundation based on the soil conditions, building loads, and project requirements. Common foundation types include shallow foundations (such as spread footings or mat foundations) for stable soils and deep foundations (such as piles or drilled shafts) for challenging soil conditions or heavy loads.
